Asking for more prayers

I'm asking for more prayers. Yesterday I had some brown spotting. I called the clinic but they were closed so I left a message. This morning when I wiped it was pinkish and a little brown followed. They called and told me to try not to worry because my numbers have been really good. They said that it could be from implantation bleeding or the progesterone inserts are hitting my cervix and making it bleed. They said the cervix is really delicate right now. I'm praying that nothing is wrong!! Please pray for us!

Babies,

Please grow healthy and strong. Your mommy and daddy want you so bad. Snuggle in tight and hang on...you only have 34 weeks to go.

love,
mama

Hi Ashley,

First of all, try not to worry about the brown/pinkish spotting. I had some of that too. Of course I worried about it a lot. It's normal to. Now that summer is here for you (yay), you can rest and take it easy until your u/s.

I tried to comment on some of your other posts, but my computer was not cooperating. I hope this one goes through. . .

I know spotting is stressful, but I've had it with all three of my pregnancies and they've all been fine. Best wishes and prayers!

I am sure you are terrified, but as many have, I had that early on, too. I am thinking of you... and cannot wait until your u/s to hear everything is GREAT.

Hugs!

try not to freak out. i had brown and pink spotting early on, and my clinic told me it was normal. they said it can sometimes be from the embryo pulling on the uterine wall and bursting blood vessels, for instance. i spotted several times in the first trimester and everything was fine. i have a good feeling you're going to be fine too!

I'm so sorry you're having this stressful symptom but from everything I've heard this can be totally normal! The fact is your numbers have been great, which points to things moving forward. Thinking of you and hoping this disappears quickly so you can get back to enjoying things!

I had the same thing happen and well, of course, I freaked out and took myself to the emergency room and got an ultrasound to calm my nerves. It happened on the weekend too, so none of my doctors were around either. I really really think it's from the "vagina pills" as we call them. They can cause a lot of irritation and cause the brown discharge. I hope and pray everything is just fine and that the baby(ies) is growing just as it should. Keep us posted.

Praying for you, Ashley! I know how full of anxiety these early weeks of pregnancy are!! My sister had spotting, too, and everything turned out fine - it sounds like it's very normal. Hugs!

I know it's total assvice to say this, but try not to worry. I've lost count of the number of women I know who spotted early on and went on to give birth to beautiful, healthy babies.

That said, I know if I were in your shoes, I'd be freaking out. So maybe I will be most useful if I just shut my mouth, and sit with you until Wednesday. :)

Hugs.
